Magnolia Civic Center undergoing repair work

People may have noticed work at the Magnolia Civic Center for the past couple of weeks. Water had gotten under the stucco exterior causing damage and mold, which has been repaired. The sign and awnings will be replaced once the exterior painting is done. The work cost about $18,000 from the civic center budget.

A three-year-old was found unharmed Tuesday afternoon after an intensive search of Northside New Albany by law enforcement officers, neighbors and other citizens.
