New Corp Commander Named for NAHS AFJROTC

New Albany High School’s AFJROTC held their annual awards night on April 15.

At the awards night, Lt. Col. Kaylah Dowell passed on the corp commander job to cadet Lt. Col. Jacqueline Ramirez daughter of Alejandro Ramirez and Isabel Lopez.

Cadet Lt. Col. Ramirez plans on continuing AFROTC in college to become an officer in the Air Force. Cadet Ramirez plans to practice dentistry and eventually become an orthodontist.
