Culinary Arts instructor, Anita Alef receives a MS Restaurant Association grant
New Albany School of Career & Technical Education’s Culinary Arts Instructor, Mrs. Anita Alef, received a $695.73 grant from the Mississippi Restaurant Association Educational Foundation by Ecolab.
The grant will be used to purchase a hydroponics growing system for Alef’s classroom.
