American music, and rock and roll in particular, was heavily influenced by the music of the Mississippi delta, so what a great place for a big-time music festival. For those who like the festival camping experience, the cool October temperatures make this festival a real treat, as does the music. There will be outdoor performances by the Old Crow Medicine Show, Chris Stapleton, Steve Azar, Jimbo Mathis and others. For more information, see: www.mightymississippimusicfestival.com.
