Guntown, MS– Hugh Jones, 72, passed away June 8, 2019 at Ashland Health and Rehab in Ashland, MS. He was born to Alton and Ruby Jones.

He was a retired truck driver.

He is survived by seven daughters; Melissa Jones, Cindy Jones, Tisha Jones all of California, Candi ( Richard ) Palmer of New Albany, Rayleen ( John ) Wilkinson of Ripley, Carolyn ( Pete ) Cobb of Myrtle; one son, Hugh ( Ahleah ) Jones II; two sisters, Ann Lois , Betty Betts, both of Hickory Flat; one brother, Charles Jones of Hickory Flat.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jodie Jones; and a brother, Lynn Jones.
