IMPACTO interns get first-hand law experience

IMPACTO interns from New Albany High School who are interested in pursuing a career in law recently shadowing of the municipal court in New Albany.  They will work with municipal clerks and attorneys to learn about the court system in our town.  Plans are made for them to also observe the justice court. Monica Carreon, Ameriz Tellez, and Laura Ruth Welborn are pictured with municipal court clerks.  Special thanks to Three Rivers Planning & Development, the Mississippi Partnership Workforce Board, CREATE, and Toyota Wellsprings Education Fund for funding the internship programs at New Albany High School.
