New Albany Elementary formally raises new design state flag

The new state flag was raised Friday, January 15, at New Albany Elementary School. State Representative Sam Creekmore and Commission to Redesign the Mississippi State Flag Member Betsy Hamilton were on hand to assist Dr. Lance Evans, Superintendent.
